A full-coverage coach bus wrap for Harlem Stage’s two-week performing arts tour across the East Coast.
Harlem Stage, one of New York’s leading performing arts venues, was embarking on a two-week East Coast tour to bring their programming to audiences in cities beyond their Harlem home base. They needed a wrapped bus that could serve as both the tour’s transportation and its primary mobile branding platform across every stop on the route.
For a cultural organization with a strong visual identity and deep community ties, the bus wrap had to do more than advertise. It needed to represent Harlem Stage’s artistic mission and cultural significance wherever it traveled. The bus would be the first thing audiences and local media saw when the tour arrived in each city.
The tour hit multiple cities over 14 days, meaning the wrap needed to hold up through extended highway miles, varying weather conditions, and the wear that comes with a bus loading and unloading equipment and performers at every stop.

We designed a full exterior coach bus wrap that reflected Harlem Stage’s vibrant cultural identity. The design featured bold colors, artistic imagery, and the organization’s branding, all composed to communicate the energy of live performance. The layout was structured so the bus told a visual story whether parked outside a theater or rolling through highway traffic between cities.

High-resolution, large-format printing on premium 3M vinyl delivered rich, saturated colors and sharp detail built to last through two weeks of continuous road use. Material selection prioritized durability alongside visual impact.
Installation:
Full coach bus wrap with precision alignment completed ahead of the tour launch date. The bus was delivered wrapped, inspected, and road-ready so Harlem Stage could begin their East Coast run on schedule.
