The Challenge

Blood clots are among the most preventable causes of death in the United States, yet awareness remains dangerously low, particularly in communities already impacted by health disparities. The National Blood Clot Alliance launched the Mississippi Blood Clot Tour to change that, taking life-saving prevention education directly into communities across the state through outreach events, local partnerships, and grassroots advocacy.

NBCA needed a branded mobile presence that matched the seriousness and scale of their mission. The coach bus had to function as a high-visibility awareness vehicle immediately recognizable on Mississippi highways and at community event sites while also communicating the urgency of blood clot prevention clearly enough to reach audiences who may never have heard the message before. The design had to be medically credible without feeling clinical, emotionally compelling without being alarmist, and bold enough to stop traffic and start conversations.

Because the tour covered the full state of Mississippi, urban centers, rural communities, and everything in between, the wrap materials had to hold up under Southern heat, humidity, and extended road time without fading, peeling, or losing visual impact at any point during the tour.

Our Approach

Bus Wrap Inc. was selected by the National Blood Clot Alliance to design, print, and install a full coach bus wrap for the Mississippi Blood Clot Tour. We worked directly with NBCA’s team to deliver a premium branded vehicle that communicated the organization’s public health mission with clarity, credibility, and visual impact.

Creative Layout:

We developed a full exterior coach wrap built around NBCA’s brand identity and the Mississippi Blood Clot Tour campaign. The design paired bold, high-contrast health messaging with powerful imagery that communicated urgency and hope in equal measure. The layout was engineered for dual-distance readability, commanding attention from passing highway traffic while delivering detailed awareness messaging to pedestrians and event attendees engaging with the bus up close. Every design element reinforced a single, clear objective: blood clots are preventable, and education saves lives.

Print Production:

High-resolution, large-format printing on premium weather-resistant vinyl delivered vivid color reproduction, crisp typography, and sharp imagery across the full surface of the motorcoach. The materials were selected specifically for Mississippi’s climate, rated to maintain adhesion, color fidelity, and structural integrity through sustained heat, humidity, UV exposure, and extended touring conditions without any degradation in visual quality.

Installation:

Our 3M-certified installation team completed a full coach wrap with 100% exterior coverage and precision panel alignment across the motorcoach’s entire multi-section surface. Every seam, contour, and window line was aligned to eliminate bubbles, distortion, and visual interruptions, delivering a clean, premium finish that matched the professionalism and credibility NBCA’s public health mission demands. The bus was delivered wrapped, inspected, and tour-ready ahead of the campaign launch.
