The Challenge
For the 2025 edition of New York Fashion Week, CFDA needed more than just a promotional vehicle. They needed a branded shuttle service that could transport designers, press, and VIP guests between Fashion Week venues while maintaining the polished, high-fashion visual identity the organization is known for.
The shuttle bus would be seen by thousands of people throughout the week, not just passengers riding inside but also pedestrians, photographers, and media covering Fashion Week from the streets. Every time it pulled up to a venue, it needed to look like it belonged at the most important fashion event in the country.
The vehicle had to be wrapped, road-ready, and integrated into the NYFW logistics plan on a tight schedule, with the bus running constant routes between multiple Manhattan locations over the course of the event.

Bus Wrap Inc. coordinated directly with the CFDA events team to deliver a shuttle bus that looked and performed at the level Fashion Week demands.
Creative Layout:
We designed a shuttle bus wrap that carried CFDA’s clean, sophisticated brand identity across every exterior panel. The design was intentionally refined, matching the editorial aesthetic of Fashion Week rather than the look of a traditional advertisement. Typography, color palette, and spacing were calibrated to feel high-end at every viewing distance.
Print Production:
Premium vinyl printing with precise color matching ensured the CFDA brand appeared exactly as intended. Surface quality was finished to a smooth, polished standard befitting a luxury fashion event.
Installation:
Full shuttle bus wrap with precision alignment across the vehicle’s smaller panels, doors, and window lines. The installation was completed ahead of schedule, and the bus was delivered detailed and ready for passenger service before the first event of Fashion Week 2025.
