A fully customized entertainer bus wrap transformed into a mobile dental office for the 2026 Chicago Midwinter Meeting.
HuFriedyGroup is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of dental instruments, infection prevention solutions, and reprocessing workflows. For the 2026 Chicago Midwinter Meeting, one of the largest dental trade events in the country, they needed more than a booth on the convention floor.
Their goal was to create a mobile dental office experience that could live outside the venue and draw attendees directly to their brand. The bus needed to serve as both a functioning product demonstration space and a high-visibility branded presence parked in one of Chicago’s busiest event corridors.
The challenge was twofold: the interior needed to be configured for hands-on dental product demonstrations, and the exterior needed to represent HuFriedyGroup’s premium brand identity with the same precision they bring to their instruments.
Bus Wrap Inc. collaborated directly with HuFriedyGroup’s marketing and events team to bring this activation to life. We handled the full production pipeline from creative concept through on-site delivery in Chicago.
Creative Layout:
We designed a full exterior entertainer bus wrap that reflected HuFriedyGroup’s professional brand identity. The design featured clean lines, the company’s signature color palette, and product imagery positioned for maximum readability from both pedestrian and vehicle traffic angles around the convention center.
Print Production:
Large-format, high-resolution printing on premium vinyl delivered sharp medical-grade graphics with accurate color reproduction. Every panel was produced to meet the brand standards of a global healthcare manufacturer.
Installation:
Full entertainer bus wrap with precision alignment across the vehicle’s complex curves, doors, and window lines. The installation was completed on schedule and the bus was delivered event-ready, fully branded, and positioned outside the Chicago Midwinter Meeting venue for the three-day activation.
High-traffic event exposure – thousands of dental professionals saw the wrapped bus during the three-day convention in downtown Chicago.
Functional mobile showroom – the entertainer bus interior served as a working product demonstration space where attendees could experience HuFriedyGroup instruments firsthand.
